Return policy
Customers can return their orders within 14 days from the delivery date. Please, write an email to info@loschiboutique.com to get the return authorization.
Returns are free for only Italian orders.
For returns from EU and non-EU countries, the return fees are charged to the customer. Please contact info@loschiboutique.com for information.
Goods exchanges are not permitted.
The goods shall always be returned intact, with the security tag, and in the same conditions it was delivered. It shall neither show wear and tear marks, stains or any other kind of damage, nor be worn, ironed, washed or treated in any manner. Shoes shall not present any kind of marks, including on soles.
The seal of warranty shall not be removed, tampered, broken or cut in any way, otherwise Loschi Srl reserves the right to refuse the return. Similarly, all other original labels attached to the item shall necessarily be intact and shall never be removed from the item.
The item shall be wrapped and returned in the same package it was delivered in.
In the case where the item does not meet the above-mentioned requirements, the return won’t be authorized and it will be sent back at Customers’ expenses.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the return delivery at our warehouse, after a complete quality check. The reimbursement is credited only to the original way of payment of the order.
Refund terms may change depending on the payment method and on the Customer’s bank.
